our three pillars
Meaning behind ‘Tuned’
It reflects the 2-way collaborative approach.
We work together on fine-tuning, recommending best practices while listening to athlete’s feedback. Encouraging openness, our goal is behavior change and peak performance. Everyone’s unique taste preferences are heard and considered as we understand that food is private and personal. This is our way of building trust, engagement, interest, and long-term sustainable continuation of nutritional practice
Our motto
‘Food first’
We prioritize food over supplements as much as possible, since the latter may create reliance which we want to minimise. Athletes will be effectively guided and educated step by step until performance goals are achieved. The attained knowledge will be applicable over a lifetime. We will ensure when athletes leave the consultations, they will clearly understand the action plan for tuning and tweaking their current dietary practices.
your dedicated team
We work behind the scenes.
To support athletes through their nutrition journey. Our measure of success is not only when athletes go beyond their limit in performance, but also overall improvement in individual’s wellbeing.
